This Privacy Policy describes how Retro Tennis ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our mobile game application available on Wear OS and Android devices.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Retro Tennis is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data or user information. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email address, or contact information
• We do not collect location data
• We do not access your device contacts, photos, or other personal files
• We do not track your gameplay behavior or usage patterns
• We do not use analytics or tracking services
• We do not collect device identifiers beyond what is required for basic app functionality

3. Local Data Storage

The app stores the following information locally on your device only:

• Game Progress: High scores, game credits (GC), and calibration settings
• User Preferences: Game settings and preferences
• Premium Status: Information about in-app purchases

This data is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third parties. You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the application.

4. Advertising

The companion app (Android mobile version) displays advertisements to provide users with the option to earn in-game credits. These ads are served by Google AdMob.

What This Means:

• Google AdMob may collect certain information to serve personalized ads
• AdMob may use cookies and similar technologies
• AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers
• You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings

5. In-App Purchases

Retro Tennis offers a premium upgrade through Google Play's in-app billing system. When you make a purchase:

• The transaction is processed entirely by Google Play
• We only receive confirmation that the purchase was successful
• We do not have access to your payment information
• Google Play's privacy policy and terms apply to all purchases

6. Device Permissions

The app requires the following permissions to function:

• Sensors (Wear OS): To detect device tilt for game controls
• Wake Lock: To keep the screen on during gameplay
• Internet Access (Companion App): Required only for displaying advertisements
• Billing: To process premium purchases through Google Play
• Wearable Communication: To sync game credits between watch and phone

These permissions are used exclusively for the stated purposes and do not enable us to collect personal information.

7. Third-Party Services

Retro Tennis integrates with the following third-party services:

• Google Play Services: For in-app purchases and app distribution
• Google AdMob (Companion App only): For displaying advertisements
• Play Integrity API: For security and anti-tampering measures

8. Children's Privacy

Retro Tennis is suitable for users of all ages. Since we do not collect any personal information, there is no special data handling for children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR).

However, the companion app displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Parents and guardians should be aware that AdMob may collect certain information as described in section 4 above.

If your child is using the app and you have concerns about advertising, we recommend:

• Purchasing the premium version to remove ads entirely
• Adjusting ad personalization settings on your child's device
• Reviewing Google's Family Link and parental control options

9. Data Security

We implement security measures to protect the integrity of the app:

• Device integrity checks using Google Play Integrity API and SafetyNet
• HMAC (Hash-based Message Authentication Code) for secure communication between devices
• Local data obfuscation and integrity checks to prevent tampering
• No transmission of personal data over networks

Since we do not collect or store personal data on external servers, there is minimal risk of data breaches involving your personal information.

10. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, most data protection rights (such as data access, correction, or deletion requests) are not applicable. However:

• Local Data Deletion: You can delete all locally stored game data by clearing the app's data in your device settings or uninstalling the app
• Ad Personalization: You can control ad personalization through your device's advertising settings
• Purchase Information: Contact Google Play support for any questions about purchase records

11. International Users

Retro Tennis is available globally through Google Play Store. Since we do not collect or transfer personal data, international data transfer regulations (such as GDPR or CCPA) have minimal applicability.

However, third-party services (Google Play, AdMob) may transfer data internationally as described in their respective privacy policies.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• Significant changes will be communicated through app updates
• Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy

We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

13. Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• Data persists until you clear it through app settings or uninstall the app
• We do not retain any data on external servers
• Purchase records are maintained by Google Play according to their policies
